Meet Our Staff
Gina Mann, Scheduling Coordinator
Gina was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. She has been in the dental field for over 18 years, as a Dental Assistant for 4 years before transitioning to the Front Office. Gina provides a welcoming smile as the first person you see in our office. We consider her our insurance benefit expert! Along with helping you schedule appointments and make payment arrangements, she can answer any questions you may have about your insurance plan. When away from her desk, Gina loves to take her daughter on adventures around the PNW and relax on the beach.
Halie Frogget, Schedule Coordinator
Halie was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. She grew up in Monroe, WA and attended school at Washington State University (Go Cougs!). Halie is passionate about helping others and cares about getting patients scheduled for their dental needs. She believes everyone deserves quality oral care and to have a smile they are proud of. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, going to the movies, and spending time with her two cats.
Marlen Jacobs, Hygienist
Marlen has been in the dental field since 1965. Her passion for preventive dentistry was born from working with a periodontist in Northern California. She returned to school to get her degree in dental hygiene and has been helping patients maintain healthy smiles ever since. Outside of work, Marlen enjoys gardening, crafts, photography, and spending time with her large family and beagles.
Jill Dugger, Dental Hygienist
Jill has lived in the Pacific Northwest for over 40 years. She grew up in Bellevue, attended Sammamish High School and went to the University of Washington. She got her dental hygiene training at Lake Washington Technical College and graduated in 2006. Jill loves making patients feel at ease in her chair and educating them about their oral health. Helping her patients achieve a great smile is what she loves! When she’s away from work, you can find her following her beloved Huskies or Major League Baseball, competing in rodeos riding one of her three horses or spending time with her Golden Retriever, River.
Sokpheap “Jade” Preap, Hygienist
Jade is from Southern California and moved to Washington in the summer of 2022. She began her dental career as an assistant for five years before earning her Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from West Coast University in 2011. One of the most rewarding parts of her job is building relationships with patients—everyone eventually feels like a friend. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, painting, wine tasting, exploring new places, and spending time with family and friends. She loves puppies and has a 7-year-old husky named Porsha.
Sandy, Dental Assistant
Sandy is a registered dental assistant specializing in general dentistry with over 30 years of experience. As an expanded function dental assistant, she plays a key role as lead assistant creating healthy, confident smiles through compassionate patient care and technical excellence. Throughout her career, Sandy has worked alongside talented dental professionals, adding a combination of skill, efficiency, and warmth to every patient interaction. Her dedication in dentistry is driven by her genuine passion for helping people feel comfortable and confident in their smiles. Outside of work she enjoys spending her time with her family, crafting, and biking.
Bhavana, Dental Assistant
Bhavana was born and raised in India; she is a foreign-trained dentist with four years of clinical experience. Her passion for dentistry is rooted in a strong belief that everyone deserves access to good oral health. Over the years, she has actively contributed to this mission by organizing and running oral health campaigns in primary schools, rural areas, and underprivileged communities. These initiatives focused on educating people about basic oral hygiene and its importance in overall well-being. Currently, she is extending her services as a dental assistant at Redmond Parc Square Dental. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring life through her hobbies, which include hiking, traveling, painting, cooking new recipes, and spending quality time with her husband.
Vera, Dental Assistant
Vera has been a dental assistant since 2000 and graduated from Bates Technical College in Tacoma, WA. She has had the wonderful privilege of working for Dr. Lo since 2008. She strives for excellence and feels proud to be providing high-quality dental care for her patients. When a patient comes in nervous or in pain, it makes her happy to comfort them and meet their dental needs. Originally from Ukraine, she is multilingual—speaking Russian, Ukrainian, English, and some Arabic. In her free time, she loves to travel, go mushroom hunting, swim, draw, and spend time with family and friends.
Wendy Lantz-Beach, Office Manager
Wendy currently resides in Bothell and has lived in Washington most of her life. She has been in the dental industry for 20 years and has been with Dr. Lo since 2007. Wendy is dedicated to helping patients with scheduling, insurance, treatment planning, and financial coordination—she’s our go-to problem solver and chief tech troubleshooter. Outside the office, she enjoys cooking for her husband and son (and sharing leftovers with the team!), planning parties, and spending time with her rescue dog, Morgan. Wendy also participates annually in the Breast Cancer 3-Day to raise awareness and support research for a cure.
